FROM DEMONSTRATION TO OWNERSHIP

Make the daily routine clear.

01 / Match the pool

Record dimensions, depth, surface finish, steps and debris. Check access for placing and retrieving the robot, plus the selected model’s operating limits.

02 / Run the cleaning task

Use the specified charger and operating instructions. Connected controls do not imply unrestricted underwater wireless reception. Demonstrate the cleaning mode and retrieval procedure.

03 / Maintain the system

Inspect and clean the basket, brushes and moving parts according to the manual. Define replacement filters, wear parts, charging accessories and local support in the supply plan.

SELECTION QUESTIONS

Clear answers before you order.

Does a surface skimmer clean the pool floor?

No. PS100 collects floating surface debris. PC10, PC20 and PC200 Lite clean the floor, walls and waterline. PC200 adds support for a connected surface module; that module is not an independent PS100.

What is the difference between PC10 and PC20?

Both list a 5200 mAh battery, at least two hours of reference runtime and a 3.8 L filter basket. PC20 adds connected app functionality and OTA updates; PC10 does not list these features.

How does PC200 Lite differ from PC200?

Both list 10400 mAh, at least three hours of reference runtime, four motors and front/rear roller brushes. PC200 adds app/OTA, Bluetooth control and surface-module support. Specify the module and package separately when ordering.

Does parking mean automatic charging?

No. Low-battery or end-of-cycle parking helps retrieval. PC-series robots use external wired charging; parking is not a charging dock.

Can these replace pool water treatment?

These products collect debris and clean surfaces. They do not replace the pool’s water-treatment and circulation routine.

Are all accessories shown included?

Images illustrate product configurations. Agree the model, surface module where applicable, charger, retrieval accessories, documentation, spare parts and packaging in the order specification.
