WORKFLOW & VALUE

A compact fit. A serviceable design.

How the cleaning job works

Plug-and-pull tanks and dust box, a slide-out roller brush and a tool-free squeegee support routine servicing. Plan accessible charging and water-handling locations; do not assume the C2 Pro water-exchange station is included or compatible.

What to demonstrate to your customer

Demonstrate the actual aisle route, turning clearance and access to the tanks, brush and squeegee. Show how routine maintenance fits into the customer’s working day.

Catalog reference specifications. Runtime and productivity depend on cleaning mode and site conditions. Dimensions that exclude side brushes do not describe the full operating envelope. Confirm the selected robot, battery and station configuration in the order specification.

FROM FLOOR PLAN TO DAILY ROUTINE

Automation works best
with a clear operating plan.

01 / MAP & ZONE

Define where it can work.

Survey passages, thresholds, slopes, stairs, glass and changing obstacles. Create cleaning zones, restricted areas and schedules around people and business hours.

02 / CLEAN & RECOVER

Match the mechanism to the floor.

Brushes loosen dirt; the suction and recovery system collect debris and dirty water. Separate suitable hard-floor scrubbing from carpet vacuuming. Test the finish and cleaning chemistry on site.

03 / REPLENISH

Plan the service point.

Charging, fresh water, wastewater and consumable access all matter. C2 Pro can use an automated water-exchange station; the optional external tank offers another water-supply arrangement.

04 / MAINTAIN & REVIEW

Keep an operator in the routine.

Empty and rinse tanks, inspect brushes and squeegees, clear debris and review task results. Record missed areas and interruptions so the route can be improved.

C2 / C2 PRO / C3 MINI

Compare the route.
Then compare the robot.

Site scale is an initial selection guide. Efficiency and runtime are catalog references, not guaranteed site output. Route complexity, cleaning mode, floor condition and service stops affect the result. C2 Pro efficiency follows the detailed specification table; validate the planned route during a site trial.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Make the operating scope clear.

Which model is best for a small store?

C3 Mini is the compact starting point, with a 60 cm minimum navigable width and a 50 cm minimum clearance height in the specification table. The complete route still needs an on-site turning and access assessment.

Does C2 Pro need a permanent water connection?

The docking configuration can support automatic water exchange. An optional 30 L / 30 L mobile external tank is described for sites without convenient plumbing. Agree the station and tank scope before ordering.

Can the robot use lifts and access gates?

Elevator and gate integration is a project option, not a universal out-of-box feature. Review equipment interfaces, permissions, connectivity and commissioning requirements for the actual site.

Can a cleaning robot replace all manual cleaning?

Robots can handle planned accessible floor routes. People still manage exceptions, stairs, inaccessible corners, consumables and maintenance. Use a site trial to establish the division of work.

What should a pilot project measure?

Measure cleanable area completed within the agreed shift, missed zones, operator interventions, water and charging stops, and the agreed floor-cleanliness result. Record the mode and site conditions alongside each result.

What comes with a distribution or OEM proposal?

Define the robot version, station and options, spare parts, training, branding scope, destination documentation and service responsibilities. Pricing is supplied privately against the agreed configuration.
